Jade Vanriel is talented young YouTuber and Blogger with a passion for Property and Interior Design. Jade’s natural presenting skills, accessibility and enthusiasm for property have led to
a growing following of over 49,000 subscribers on her YouTube channel, with her property videos reaching over three million views.
After completing her law degree Jade realised that it was property and interiors, rather than law, that she wanted to focus on. She became particularly fanatical about saving for her first property which she wanted to purchase as soon as possible without the support of family or loans.
Within two years of graduating, Jade bought her two-bedroom property at just 23 years old, which in this current climate is an incredible achievement. Jade decided to share her story about buying her home on YouTube which went viral on social media. Since then, Jade has been sharing videos on her renovations, DIY projects, buying tips, mortgage information and videos on how to save money.
Jade has created her own mini property series Move With Jade, showcasing prospective homes at varying price brackets to her audience, most of whom are potential first-time buyers. Jade has also been interviewed by Phil Spencer for his new online property help website, Move IQ. Jade is a confident public speaker, keen to share her journey in property and inspire others to get on the ladder; she has spoken at various events and workshops on this topic, including giffgaff money’s head office. Jade has also worked with the Skipton Building Society, Starling Bank, London Home Show and Rightmove and interior brands such as Next Home, Desenio and TK Maxx. She has also been featured in the Daily Mail, The Sun, Daily Mail online, Pride magazine, Rightmove, and BBC Radio London. In 2020, Jade featured on the cover of First
Time Buyer Magazine with a full feature about her home buying journey and property blog. Jade now has over 49.3k subscribers on YouTube, 21.3k Instagram followers on @jadevanrielx and over 8k followers on her home interiors account @vanrielhome.
