We are excited to announce that the The BYP Network Leadership Conference will be back this October across TWO incredible days! Following on from last years ‘Decade of Proactive Change’, our 2021 theme will be #CollaborationIsKey.

As we continue to put ‘changing the Black narrative’ front and centre, we know that change can only happen through collaborating with our peers, leaders, allies, corporates and community. Topics address ‘Advocacy Through Sponsorship’, ‘Constructive Feedback for Growth’, ‘ Supplier Diversity and the Gig Economy’, ‘Winning Contracts Through Partnerships’ and ‘Corporate Allyship: The Details’. This only scratches the surface as there will be over 80 sessions, 150+ speakers and two jam-packed days of thought leadership content and networking with 10,000 attendees. Our five tracks focus on Technology/Future of Work, Leadership, Professional Development, Culture and entrepreneurship.

Talent Attraction

Gain unparalleled access to over 10,000 black professionals across 2 days. We provide you with details of anyone who attends your session or makes a direct enquiry at your booth for you to follow up with opportunities. Attendees are looking to connect directly with recruiters from progressive companies – this has time and again been proven as the most direct and effective way to hire BYP members.

Employer Branding

Be seen as an employer of choice for black professionals at the largest conference dedicated to black professional development in Europe. Opportunities include on-stage presence where you can engage directly with thousands of attendees to intimate workshops where you can interact with your target demographic. BYP members want to hear from leaders at organisations that demonstrate they are serious about diversity & inclusion

Provide a platform for diverse senior leaders within your organisation to share their career journey and inspire the next generation of senior leaders. Communicate to your employees that promoting black talent is paramount to your organisation and supporting their professional development in a context relevant to race at work is a priority.
